FAU let a 4-1 lead in the bottom of the 9th slip away tonight against #6 Georgia Tech. Mickey Storey pitched an INCREDIBLE game for FAU through 8 innings, but sadly for the first time ever Mike McBryde couldnt get the job done and blew the save. Georgia Tech wins 5-4 to drop FAU to 26-17 on the year. It will be very hard to come back from this blow tonight for FAU and hopefully Mike McBryde can put this one behind him also.
:( Im going to go have a good cry now as Im sure Coach Cooney is doing right now also.

Hopefully now they see they can hang with the "Big-Boys" and get a little upset so they win tonight. This is where a good coach comes in handy. 8-)
