;D FAU opened the ASUN tournament with a 7-4 win over Gardner Webb. Randy Beam had a complete game win for the Owls on the mound and every starter had at least one hit in a great offensive effort for the team. Keep your fingers crossed for the healthy return of Alex Fonseca-he had to watch todays game from the air-conditioned press box due to the fact hes been suffering from dehydration(hes lost 16 pounds :o ) With any luck he'll be feeling better soon.
FAU next plays Thursday Night at 7pm against the winner of Troy State/Stetson.

The story on Fons is the topic of KC's most recent Diamond Diary post. Keep drinkin' that gatorade guys'.

Well, Stetson it is, at 7PM tonight. A chance to even up our record against them and then hopefully see them again in the championship game (or UCF). I would like some revenge against the Hatter's for the game they stole from us with a 14-13 score.

I'm curious about UCF's pitching rotation. Anybody know?
