The best part about that quote is she didn't even know about our status: "after conferring with the school's compliance officer."

I say we beat their **ses and ruin their season like we did UCF's last year. Let them cry - can't be any worse then what we've been getting from 1-AA in general.


If I remember correctly, Kentucky pulled out of a contract with FAU last year for that same reason.

Exactly like against UCF… except we connect on that last pass play ;). That would be some shocker… can't wait to hear another upset "by the boys from boca"…as ESPN has stated before. (Basketball, a few years ago winning at Oklahoma State)

I'm not suprised - the last thing we need is to find another game to replace them. We are still trying to get a fifth home game in place.

I just got some travel package info. Hopefully if Hawaii is going to wus out, they do it ASAP. >:(

This game shouldn't even be close. Hawaii's offense is going to unload on FAU. This year will be a throwback to the Houston offenses of the late '80s-early '90s. Maybe if this was 2008-09, then I'd say FAU would have a realistic shot, but they don't have the talent to take out Hawaii. This will be the best team FAU has faced in their short history.

On a different note, I will follow this team and will enjoy seeing how they will stack up with the 1-A competition in the coming years. You guys should compete in the SBC within three years.
