Hey I was reading the thread about duffy's or coyote's and thought man, I want to watch the game with some FAU fans, if possible. So here is my thought, Everyone who reads this post the area you area in and any possible watch locations you are thinking about.  I think it would get any spread out fans together, and maybe get face to face meetings with fellow posters.  I am thinking about a format like this for example:


Name:  Duder (John)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Watch location:  Unknown

I know, I am trying to start this and I don't even know what I am doing yet, but it is only Monday.  Pass it on.

Hey Duder, great idea! We actually have had FAU watch parties in different cities before. Here in Denver, a handful of us gathered (with the help of the Alumni Association contacts) at the ESPN Zone. There were groups in NY and Atlanta, perhaps DC.

I'm game for Denver, if the Alumni Association can get out contact data – and if we know the game will be on TV here.

Thanks for the support greyowl.  I guess the problem is we don't know if it will be on PPV or any other channel.  If its not available, then I guess there really can't be a party.  I would think that this will end up on Gameplan seeing as it is unofficially a championship game.

I know I saw somewhere it was scheduled to be on Gameplan but I have searched and can't find anything, does anyone know when they announce Gameplan games?

When a game is on CSS (available mostly to Comcast Cable subscribers and NOT to any dish network), there is a good chance some network will pick it up.

In the past, MASN, SNY, Altitude and one or two others (available to dish subcribers as part of the sports package) aired SunBelt games live, and repeat them often. The FAU-FIU game was on SNY (Sports New York) this afternoon.

GamePlan comes out with their schedule of games later in the week.
