Danny Embick: your opinion

Ok guys, since Markowl seems to think that Danny's bowel movements don't stink, I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this so I know that I'm not crazy. Obviously this is not a scientific poll by any means and some people might not find the exact answer they're looking for, but just vote and let's see what the results are. Thanks.

Obviously, I posted this before finding out that Danny is out for the year. Still, I think the poll is relevant.

Danny Embick: your opinion

OK, I voted he did pretty good. I did not watch any of the games this year. I listened to them on the net. Almost every pass play I heard the same thing over and over. "Embick under pressure", "Embick in trouble". Maybe once I heard "Embick with plenty of time".

I hope Embick didn't think he made a mistake transfering to FAU. I'm sure he would have done better with a more seasoned offense. He couldn't rely on the run so he had to pass. Every team they played knew that.

Danny Embick: your opinion

I think he did okay. I think the real dissappointment comes from knowing how well he played against Kansas. There were times in some of the games when he looked to be scrambling when he could have bought more time in the pocket by just stepping up. Granted, he was pressured on almost every play and the O-line didn't give him much help. However, it often looked like sand-lot football out there with Danny running and throwing off-balance. One thing I can say, the guy is tough and he is a competitor. Whether he was at fault or whether the rest of the offense failed will be more clear once we see how Clayton performs in the last few games. GO OWLS!!!

Danny Embick: your opinion

Danny Embick is an outstanding athlete from high school and throughout WVUdays and here. Getting to play a lot and a comfort zone means a lot to a quarterback, and therein is the problem..BUT how he withstood some of the hits this year over and over, I'll never know. I heard 3 d ifferent sets of sportscasters complimet him an times.I hope the pros were watching..THANKS Danny for stepping up every time with class and athletic prowess. We the fans appreciated it all!!
