Hello from Colorado! I'm an FAU grad (an oldie, class of 1969) who recently moved from Naples, Fla., to Colorado Springs. (We're still season ticket-holders.) My wife and I plan to be at the Northern Colorado game (about three hours north of here) Saturday. Two friends from Boca are joining us. Lee Collier of the Alumni Association says there will be a tailgate event starting about noon MDT, two hours before kickoff). Anyone else coming? For those of you watching on TV, look for us with our full-size, blue FAU flag (with the screaming Owl, red, blue and gold).

Next suggestion: Schedule a home-and-home with Air Force. Service academies help fill up stands, and a game here (at Air Force) would get good attention…. It's a nicer place to visit (for fans) than Kansas and Kansas State, the openers for 2005 and 2006.
