Real nice article again Andrew!

And I personally am glad to see more play from our BIG O lineman. I am sorry, but in today's football you do HAVE TO HAVE SIZE on both sides of the ball. Our D line is still FAR TO SMALL and this is why we are giving up way over 200 yards a game rushing. They get pushed around and the LB's are easy targets for O lineman too because of this!

Very sorry to near the Mike is out for the season. I wonder if he can get a medical redshirt now to regain his year of eligibility. That would be a great thing for the future Owl OL! But considering that he was already out and that several OL had issues with the flu, it is a marvel that Quez did not get killed let alone play so well and that we ran pretty well vs. MTSU!

But where is Martese? We need his explosive running to get a few long runs and really open up the O. Mix in more outside runs to help open even more space for our many inside running plays I say. This will also open up more space for Quez so he can break some longer runs too!

Go Owls!

sounds like Tony Moore earned a spot in the rotation with last weeks' performance and JW is our lead man, Jay Warren behind him…martese, as fun as he is to watch, is down on the list bc he can't block IIRC.

I get that but they should have known that from day 1 - he is small and fast and exciting to watch carry the ball, not block! Basically should be a great 3rd down back as well, but as a target, get the ball in the playmakers hands (think Oregon football Coaches!!!)!
