I believe that's Chris Bonner (though he's playing for the Houston family team) but it looks like him, minus the dreds, and we are limited with the number of Chris' we had play WR for us. He was a CJ major and is now a cop, so it all adds up. Getting Howard some love on the Family Feud! 

As an aside, how many former football players are now cops?

I know VanCamp is because I've seen him at games in uniform.
