Just by listening to some of the player’s reactions around the locker room about this year’s offseason, you can tell that something has changed this summer compared to others before. That change is the new weight training regiment Coach Payne has brought to the football program.
“Were getting at it,” Lockley said of the new training routine with a smile on his face.

I was hoping that Paynes attitude that I saw when he was coaching on the field would transalte into higher results once he moved into the weight room.
Still to early to tell how it will affect play on the field but the ATTITUDE adjustment sounds like just what we need to have.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.

Q: in what specific periods of the year are football coaches allowed and not allowed to work with players?
— does anyone know what are the specific compliance regulations pertaining this matter?
