2) Why just Coach Partridge... shouldn't Athletics ask all the fans to wear red pants to the game too? Kinda like an Upside-Down Red Out? I'd be down to do that. If the school promoted an Upside-down Red Out then it would make it onto the broadcast commentary and I bet we'd get some innovation points for it too. John Z, what do you think?

It's easier to pass out a pick a color of the week t-shirt as fans walk in compared to handing out a pair of shorts/slacks! I am willing to say that MOST people do NOT have a pair of red pants in their closet. Not everyone, but MOST. Translation no one would participate. Maybe a frat or two. If we have trouble getting fans to come to the game, it would be nearly impossible to get them to go to JC Penney and then the game. Keep the marketing/gimmicks simple. Like maybe, winning consistently.

No, but he didn't say he wouldn't either.
@TheOwlsNest_ITB Lol. Just there for fall camp. Facial hair will be gone this Sunday.

They also discussed this with him on the latest Inside The Burrow towards the end I believe:

Thanks VIP. Thought I was going to need to send my wife out for a pair of pant I would never wear again.
