Bulls lose receiver Love to ACL tear
South Florida Bulls' A.J. Love suffers torn ACL - ESPN

South Florida senior wide receiver A.J. Love suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during the Bulls' spring game, the team announced Monday night.

It's not clear whether Love, who was injured Saturday, will play at all in the coming season. No timetable was given for his return; generally, ACL injuries require at least six months to heal.

Love was expected to take over as the team's No. 1 receiver, filling the void left by NFL draft early entry Carlton Mitchell.
