Florida Atlantic University made the Wall Street Journal's piece on the last 17 schools, whose football teams compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision, that has never been convicted of a major violation, and are joined by fellow Sun Belt members Troy University, and North Texas:

I bet many schools that have commit major violations would not want to trade places with 99 percent of these teams.

The only two things that matter now:
1. Winning
2. Money
Of course, those two could be interchanged; but for the sake of what has to happen first, they remain in that order.
For the recruit, graduating is second if they are talented. Much more focus on making it professionally.
