Since Pelini is getting everyone fired up about what he is doing, I though I'd share this with everyone so the UNDERSTAND when he can & cannot contact recruits and more importantly, why.  This will discuss evaluation periods, no contact periods, dead periods & quiet periods as well as info on Early Enrollees (EE), JUCO (JC) players and prep kids.

Im assuming well be hearing of some more Staff hires and such with the Dead period.

Plus he still has to move his family down from Nebraska. He said on the last coachs show with Howard that he was waiting for the dead period to bring them down.

What! We haven't hired an OC yet! I mean come on, it's been 2 weeks, what are we waiting for! I think we should still contact recruits, NCAA doesn't have to know
