Notables

The Owls are coming off their first C-USA win of the year. If it seems like a long time ago, that's because it was. Twelve full days will have passed before they step out for the opening tip against the 49ers.

Rest has had its benefits as well, as both Justin Raffington and point guard D'Andre Johnson have been at nearly full speed for the last few days. Both are expected to play on Thursday night.

However, the team will now play five games in just nine days first embarking on a three game stint away from Boca - their longest on the season. Taking any one of them would match last year's total of three road wins.

Jackson Trapp's 49.2% overall shooting effort from the floor nets him the 2nd best standing on Conference -USA.
