Great job in keeping everyone informed Owlcountry. I wish FAU would send out a list like this every week. Keep people informed as to what's going on around campus. Thanks for the heads up and keep us informed on here of what else is going on around campus.

My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!

Hey no problem. Some of it was on the Spring WEEKS OF WELCOME while some of it was on the MyFAU announcements that no one reads. There was also a couple of other things like an Interview Skills workshop, a Dive Club meeting and, strangely, a "What Color Was Jesus?" presentation…

Re: Heads-up on Campus Events

Jab,
While I agree it would be cool to have an "FAU Calendar of events .com" type of page, the responsibility to find out when these events are also is on us.

I think in general, the people on this board do a good job of keeping each other informed, which is the most powerful type of marketing.

For example: even though alumni are invited to attend basketball games, you won't see a basketball game on the FAU Alumni web site because it's not specifically sponsored by the alumni association.
