The FAU Student Government Program Board and the Homecoming Committee present the 2008 Homecoming Comedy Show featuring Mike Epps with opening performances by Brandon T. Jackson and Dean Edwards.

Mike Epps has generated quite a buzz among his peers and within the industry for being one of the funniest comedic actors to emerge into the Hollywood scene. Epps has been featured in films such as "All About Benjamins" with Ice Cube, "Next Friday", "Bait" with Jamie Foxx, "How High" with Method Man and Redman, "Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Extinction" with Milla Jovovich, "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins" with Martin Lawrence and Cedric the Entertainer and a variety of other films.

Keeping with the sanctity of his beloved stand-up, Epps has been performing his comedy act, The Mike Epps on the Edge Tour, to sold-out theatres and arenas across the country. Epp's one hour comedy special, "Inappropriate Behavior, " aired on HBO; followed by its subsequent release on DVD. Epps transitioned from his comedy special with HBO to hosting duties as the new host of HBO's Def Comedy Jam, which aired this past fall.
