The site plan for your last news item shows the retail and restaurant north of the movie theater, not in Boomers parking lot. Boomers is 3100, the theater is 3200 and this additonial space is 3300.

Thanks for pointing that out Skippy! I knew something seemed off but GoogleMaps was showing me the Boomers parking lot as 3300. My mistake.
