The Florida Atlantic University softball team split its two games at day two of the Eller Media Stadium Classic.

Earlier in the day, FAU held off Wright State by a final score of 5-3.

In the second game, the Owls took a 2-0 lead in the top of the second inning, but Loyola Marymount answered with five runs over the next two innings. FAU threatened in the sixth inning, but was unable to score from there.
