Florida Atlantic University’s Richard Donegan has qualified for the 2013 U.S. Amateur Public Links Tournament scheduled for Monday, July 15 through Saturday, July 20 at Laurel Hill Golf Club in Lorton, Va.

Donegan finished second in the Public Links qualifier at the Jacaranda Golf Club in Plantation, carding 141 after two rounds.
