TICKETING AND SUITE INQUIRIES: Seating Commitment Form

Posting this for those who would like to start planning where they would like to sit (buy tickets).

There WILL be changes to the above as far as the sections area (more blue coming), and some row configurations, but it gives you an idea.

The top is the west side (sun at your back) and the left is the south side.

The south endzone is the student section, although not noted in the image.

The website for sales has been delayed with a new launch time TBD.

I like they gave the band the spot right down front in the end zone for everyone to hear them.... NICE JOB!

Does anyone have any guesses on what the tix should cost per season?

Gen $100
Priority $250
Premiere $500
Loge $1000

All with donations to the Owl Club attached (except General Seating) are what I'm thinking but I could be WAAAY off. Akron, who has just built a very similar stadium, and have a similar sized fan base, is charging $90 for Gen Admin, $120 for reserved and $250 for priority reserved (with a donation to their "owl club." They have club seats as well that you have to go through their special club to get. The donation attached to the priority seating is $100 donation, very similar to what we have today.

Do you think we'll suffer the "Lebron effect" with the new stadium and the demand will shoot our prices through the roof?

This is what they are "assuming":

•  100% of the 20 luxury suites will sell at an annual lease rate/donation of $25,000, exclusive of tickets.

•  100% of loge boxes will sell at an annual lease rate/donation of $7,500, exclusive of tickets.

•  75% of the 1,076 premier club seats will sell at an annual lease rate/donation of $1,000 per seat, exclusive of tickets.

•  75% of the 4,488 priority donation seats will sell at an annual donation of $300 per seat, exclusive of tickets

So these are the donations for the Owl Club…any idea what ticket prices will run us? My two seats on the 48 will now be $1000…easy. So much for following the Akron model

Good thing you are pulling in the big bucks!! ;D

If they want to pull that kind of money in for tickets they better bring teams other than UL Monroe and Western Kentucky down here.  No disrespect to those programs but nobody, besides us crazies, is paying that kind of money for those games.

Now, we play a Big East schedule (South Florida, West Virginia, Syracuse, etc.) we sell those seats no problem.

I agree Walty…there isn't much question where I'll be sitting next year but I think FAU would benefit far greater by charging less, filling that stadium to capacity next year and then slowly increasing the ticket prices. Having 300 ppl paying $1000 each vs 10,000 ppl paying $300 each makes quite a diffference to the bottom line.

Right, the goal while we are in the Sun Belt has to be to just get people into the seats.  They need to win thier home games and build a bigger fan base.  But ultimately its all about who you are playing…we need to get into the Big East.
