Former FAU player, coach joins staff at Boyd Anderson
Thursday, Cobras athletic director Todd Johnson announced the school has hired former FAU player Tamala Vaughn as its new coach.
Vaughn is no newcomer to South Florida basketball. She was most recently the head coach at Pompano Beach, but played for FAU from 1996-2001 where she totaled 1,165 career points.
She has also coached at Northeast and served as an assistant at her college alma mater from 2006-2007. Vaughn played professionally in Europe from 2002-2004."
