Can someone tell me how you add an icon on your profile? i see them on alot of ids and do nto see an option on how to add one...thanks!

After you log in, select Profile from the top toolbar. Select Modify Profile-> go to Avatar. There is a drop down list you can select from or you can create your own and enter the URL.
I used this website: http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar
and created one from a picture. I had to fiddle with the URL - I think I added the last part only and it worked.
