This is similar to the claim that a fraternity at FAU stole the newspapers from the University Press distribution bins to keep a story from coming out...lol

The guy is a moron at best. That's a heck of a way to set an example for young men. As I understand the law, he can be cited and prosecuted. At the very least, he can be sued. In any case, the university should impose some public discipline.
