Spurrier: Let coaches pay players a stipend

I dont agree with the coach paying but I do think the scholarship packages should include a stipend like this.  I dont know exactly what should be proposed but at D-I schools the scholarship packages should maybe include an extra $500 a month for the very things Spurrier mentions.
