They are an offensive minded team, with almost no D and he is a defensive coach. He has nothing to work with on his side of the ball. Unless he gets a SOLID 5 year shot, he will not have time to get "his" players in on D to make a difference.
And with the Big East getting stonger all around him, it will be rough. Best of luck to you Coach.
P.S. - After they fire you, take your "severance" and come on down and be the DC at FAU for Coach Brohm!
