NFL - Statistics by Category - Yahoo! Sports
Nice to see ZERO fumbles on his line, something very few can say at this point and VERY impressive for a NFL rookie, Go Alfred!

1st half; 86 yards rushing on 10 carries, 1 reception for 20 yards!

Did we really expect anything less. If he got his shot it was going to be over!
And look at him now… GO OWLS, GO SKINS & GO MORRIS!!!

Re: Alfred Morris in 2012 Week 5
RGIII gets hurt and Cousins throws 2 bad late pics while Alfred got very few carries. They controlled the tempo of the game vs. the Falcons in the 1st half and got away from that. The D got tired and then got run over and around for 17 4th qtr. points vs. a now 5-0 Falcons team.
They looked smart in the 1st half and should have been up 10-7 but a missed easy FG changed their thinking. One of my favotite expressions is "If you are successful and change you are stupid!".
RGIII will be a better, and importantly, a healthier QB IF they use a team concept on O, not a RGIII concept. Ask the Eagles about the Vick centered approach. It can be spectacular at time BUT SUCK at times as well!

#3 RB and a couple 100 yd games don't mean as much with a L next to them.

Now they take him out and bring in another back and the D KNOWS it is a pass play and go all out with pass pressure with no other option but a pass to defend!
mr Morris is tearing it up, now the Sknis need some wins to get him more attention - although he is looking at potential NFC Rookie of the Year and the Pro Bowl! Almost halfway to a thou already, WOW!
