Honorable Mention:
Campbell (3-1)
W7-6 vs. North Carolina A&T
W7-6, L2-0, W8-6 vs. Florida Atlantic
Buies Creek was rocking this weekend. The unheralded Camels pull off the series win over a team that entered the weekend with a 13-5 record and was on the verge of breaking into the Top 25. Despite giving up 14 walks, CU still won games one and three vs. the Blue Wave. Okay, so it may not translate into a conference title or anything, but Campbell improved to 12-9 overall and 2-4 in Atlantic Sun play. 3B Tim Holt went 9-for-17 on the week.
The "unheralded Camels" taking the series 2-1 is enough to make any coach want to bang his head against the wall a few times.
Either his players come out swinging on Friday or KC will!
