Mickey Storey tossed a complete game 4 hitter for FAU as the Owls beat Stetson 3-0 tonight in Deland. Justin Martin had 2 RBI single for the offense. FAU is now 35-20 on the year and this win may well have locked up an at-large bid to the NCAA's, but lets not leave it up to the selection committee-lets finish this thing of and win the ASUN for a second year in a row!!
FAU is the only remaining unbeaten in the tourney and play next Friday at 7pm. Stetson/Gardner Webb play an elimination game at 11am, and Troy/UCF play an elimination game at 3pm.

Great win - It seems that we are hitting stride in good time. Timing is everything.

I agree we're coming on strong at the right time, but we need either Mann or Crotta to have a solid outing tonight in the absence of Kloess. We'll need to get some early runs I think.

ESPN has predicted us to be a 3 seed in the Gainesville Bracket.

With UM's late season collapse (losing at least 5 in a row and 2 and out in the ACC tourney) looks like we and everyone else might avoid going to UM.
