does anyone know what happened to the baseball stadium? did they not raise enough money?

Hey, at this point laying new sod will be a plus…… which I think is about all that is being planned for now.

IMO, as we continue to develop our football, basketball & baseball teams and with the commitment the athletic department has made to improve all our facilities - the Multi-purpose stadium and the baseball stadium will happen almost simultaneously.

We just need to remain patient and let things develop, I know that we all want answers as to when, just have faith that things will get done in the near future - Rome wasn't built over night, this is a major undertaking as the University moves forward with these plans, the foundation is now in place to move forward to the next step and each step is a progression towards acheiving the ultimate goal - once accomplished we will have top nocth facilities for all of our athletics teams.

The hiring of Doherty is part of this master plan and it appears that things are well under way to bringing everything closer to fruition. It goes to show also just how serious this athletic department.
