Owls Offense Looked Sharp
FAU preps for MTSU

BOCA RATON, FL– With a 1-1 record in the Sunbelt Conference, Florida Atlantic University is currently in a three-way tie for third-place in the conference. FAU will host conference foe Middle Tennessee State on Saturday afternoon.

The Owls continued their preparation for the Raiders on Tuesday at the Tom Oxley Athletic fields. Owls' wide receivers Chad Wilkes and Christopher Bonner each caught a touchdown pass during one-on-one drills.

Freshman defensive-back Mark Maycock picked-off an errant pass during scrimmage play.

This Saturday will mark the fifth homecoming game in school history. "We look forward to our fans coming out and supporting us during this special weekend," head coach Howard Schnellenberger said.

The Owls and Raiders will kickoff at 4 pm from Lockhart Stadium on Saturday. Florida Atlantic University's Student Government Board is sponsoring a special post-game concert featuring The All-American Rejects and Our Lady Peace.
