Breaking down the stats of the ULL game:

TOP for the first Quarter - ULL 10:45 versus FAU 4:15

ULL held the ball for most of the first quarter with no points to show for their efforts and our defense benefited from those TV time-outs

Third down conversions: ULL 0-14 versus FAU 6-17

An improvement for us, and damn our defense played great on third downs, something that was our down fall in previous game, where we have given up BIG, BIG plays on third downs, so way to go D.

The Red-Zone: ULL 0-1 versus FAU 0-2

Proves to be the difference of the game - No reason we can't at least get 3pts for every trip in the red-zone, not good, I said the offense need to run extra gassers in practice for their lack of preformance.

FG: ULL 2-3 versus FAU 0-1

Well, we all know that this was the story line that defined the scoreboard. Leroy, leroy the ball needs to be kicked above the the line of scrimmage and over the goal post.

Comment on the FG, the line broke down on the right side and it seemed like it took the execution of hold and kick was in slow motion. :P. I realize you have to get the ball set but our guys do it like they are at the Oax at practice. Maybe at practice they should run five to ten rushing the kickers with the first team O and D and put a bulls eye on the kicker. Next game look how long it takes to set up the placement and kick.

The at QB, Clayton is gong to have o start playing smarter, harder and more consistent or look for some big changes next season. Rusty the same

If you look at the replay on the blocked field goal....its definitely not a slow process for the holder and kicker.....the o-line gives them no protection at all, and when a guy is in ur face, its kind of hard to kick the ball........we need to send our biggest guys against our o-line to make sure they protect
