we play either Troy (if they lose to USA tonight), ULL or FIU, haha... someone/anyone know the tiebreakers between those three schools?

As far as I know…if there's a three-way tie, or a head-to-head where the teams have split the season series…it comes down to winning percentage.

FIU would finish 10th by virtue of their better overall record. They finished 12-16, while Troy would be 12-17 if they lose and ULL would be 9-20. Troy wins, we play FIU.
