Dear Sir or Madam:
Subject: Florida Atlantic University Football Stadium Survey
Florida Atlantic University is kindly requesting your participation in a survey regarding a proposed new on-campus football stadium at FAU. Florida Atlantic University has retained our firm, Johnson Consulting, to assist in assessing the feasibility of constructing the proposed football stadium. Johnson Consulting is a professional services firm that specializes in sports facilities, casinos, convention/conference centers, hotels, performing arts centers, golf courses and other real estate land uses. We perform extensive survey work, planning strategies, market and feasibility studies, develop business plans, conduct operational and organizational studies, perform tax analyses, and manage the process of obtaining and negotiating with developers for government agencies. Johnson Consulting is conducting this survey.
As a valued potential patron, your voice is an important measure of the quality and value that fans will receive while attending an event at the planned facility.
This survey is designed to measure the level of interest that exists for premium seating at the new football stadium. Premium seating refers to luxury suites, loge boxes, and club seats. The information you provide will be strictly confidential and only aggregate results will be incorporated into the study.
Please take a few minutes to help us better serve you in the future by clicking here and completing the survey. All surveys should be completed no later than Tuesday August 28, 2007. Thank you.
Sincerely,
C.H. Johnson Consulting

I actually think the e-mail is very positive. The way I read it, sounds as if the stadium is definate "GO". However, now they are just trying to figure out how much of a demand there is for high priced seats as opposed to cheap seatS.
I totally agree diehard, just took it too. It sounds like they are trying to find out prices for corporate seats and sponsors. It felt like they are just sorting out the details. -Very positive to me.
