Some bad news came out Wednesday. Starting WR Cortez Gent?s grandfather died, and Gent will miss Saturday?s game to attend the funeral. Sympathies to the Gent family."

i obviously don't know cortez, and i thankfully don't know how it feels to lose a grandparent yet, but my thoughts and prayers are with him

Can't believe we're down to 3 receivers. Thats unbeleivable dont' most teams have a 4 wide set.

It's not a good thing, but there are things they can do. Two TE sets, maybe line Harmon up at WR, use one of their running backs at WR, possibly Edgecomb?

At least something like this is happening in this game and not next week in a game where the Owls have a better chance at putting up a W or a SBC game. Hopefully, they can overcome this adversity and pull an upset this week. Either way, hope to see you out there next week Cortez and sorry for the loss.
