I'm so blown away by all of this, I'm shocked.
No "decision" has been reached yet…dont cash in the "emotional chips" just yet…

i think you're being unfair to him
until we hear him explain what has happened and what is happening and what will happen, i think you are being unfair

That's probably reason # 1 why he wants out or even has to think about this
My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!

Disclaimer - i am not upset, not arguing, and simply want to respectfully throw out some subject matter that may be offensive to some, but it is a moral conviction for me personally.
Ok, on to my response to your assertion…
First off, I can understand, and appreciate how you feel about taking this stance…
Ponder this:
God decides to change his word.
Result: GAME OVER FOR THE WORLD.
I know this analogy is a bit of a stretch as we are human and there is grace for not hitting the "mark", etc…we are not expected to be perfect…we ar allowed to make mistakes, mis-speak, and make decisions that have ill affect on those under our watch…a Coach is a prime example…they enlist men based on principles, plans, and promises…the three P's of recruiting if you will…
I plan on being here…i promise you this role, and we agree to the principles of my leadership…
Its five years of a kids life we are talking about here…and they should eb able to count on your word as a man, a role model, and a leader…not someone who is swayed by the almighty dollar…
Calculate money ahead of time and MAKE IT KNOWN UP FRONT WHAT YOUR PLANS ARE.
With all due respect to Coach Walters, I have no respect for anything less than integrity and sticking by your word.
There are 13 men's lives "hanging int he balance" on what he "decides"…he made a decision when he responded to Exit's question publically…and he was "direct" as direct can be…
That's all we can take his words as…
ok, im off the soap box now, you may all throw tomatoes at me…Lol

I am going to play Devil's advocate to the God analogy and say that maybe we shouldn't have complete faith in the words of Rex.
Read that as you may.
