Man, i see coach Hennon has my other alma mater bombing away as well.  GSU #2 in team HR's.  FAU #3.  Man i miss the good ole days.  Hennon used to make us hit golf ball wiffle balls for an hour every day before practice.  Hated it back then, now i can only dream of spending my day at the ballpark everyday.

How do you pitch a wiffle golf ball?

Its a basic hitting drill, ive actually done it since little league.  One guy bats, the other guy gets on one knee about five feet away and underhand tosses wiffle balls at you non stop. Helps with your form and it also makes an actual baseball looke like the size of a soccer ball once youve perfected hitting golf ball size wiffle balls.

ah ok, soft toss.  Did that in highschool but we would hit real balls into a fence.

Exactly.  Same thing. Once you can ace making contact with tiny wiffle balls, then when you go taking regular batting practice the regular baseballs seem triple their size.
