Johnny Cueto was perfect through 5 innings with 10 k's in his first major league start with the Reds.  He is currently on waivers in Yahoo leagues, since he was not eligble to be drafted b/c he hadn't played any major league games yet.  I was able to grab him (in yahoo) b/c i have the 1st waiver position, my friend said someone already picked him up in his ESPN league.  I'd say he's worth a shot if you have roster space.
