Really weird stuff that has just hit ABC and NBC national news.  The killings have been going on since 1997.  In 11 states which include: Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New York, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Virginia and others.  Each case is the same.  College guy leaves bar or party and when found is "drowned".  A smiley face is left at each crime scene.  The count is up to 40.  Interesting video on it.

Makes me think about the new Batman movie and how many copy cats will be out there trying to replicate the Joker.
