FAU is taking part in the nationwide Any Soldier campaign, which is designed to collect supplies and letters for our military personnel serving overseas – with particular emphasis on those who don't normally get a lot of mail from home.
On Saturday, September 6 during our first home game of the season against Alabama-Birmingham from 2pm - 4pm the Center for Civic Engagement and Service (CCES) and Students Advocating Volunteer Involvement (SAVI) will be set-up at both south side gate entrances (A & B) to collect donations.
Please note that donations are being sought in the form of single, rather than bundled, items and must be in travel size form. Items that are needed include:
* Individual healthful snacks
* Hard candy
* Beef jerky
* Sunflower seeds
* Assorted kinds of gum
* Rice cakes
* Ground coffee
* Single packets of Gatorade or Propel
* Current DVDs and CDs
* Magazines (men's and women's)
* Lotion
* Sunblock
* Medicated lip balm with SPF
* Gold Bond powder
* Shampoo/conditioner
* Soap
* Hand sanitizer / Anti-bacterial wipes
* Shaving cream/ Razors
* Dental travel kits
* Toilet paper / Tissues
* Laundry detergent
* Fabric softener
* Headphones
* White socks / T-shirts
* Nail clippers
* Tweezers

Thank you for your continued support!
PLEASE HELP OUR SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN!!!!!!
