I'm confident we will put points up, whether we have a defense to stop you is the question.
MSU will bring the "Smash Mouth" and no SPREAD..this is a relief…looking forward to the game!
On a side note:
The last team to bring "Smash Mouth" was OKSU…and, well, that is all i am going to say on that! Lol…

And can I please see the end around pass to DI from the backfield??? We used that play a ton last season and not once in our first two games. Match him up against a LB and goodnight!

I'm interested to see how the running game does against a bigger Michigan St. line. Our OL has another game under their belt, so I would expect to get at least 4-5 yds per carry, if that happens, then our offense should do well. Rusty will get his yards no doubt.
I expect the defense to show some improvements, this week - too much talent on that side of the ball.

Unfortuanetly there is NO Evidence of this talent YET. >:(
Where is the leader of this D? Where is the Pinnick for this year? Who can/will step up to get these guys motivated? No one has done it yet.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.

Michigan State appears to have a pretty good offense, so it will be interesting how our defense slows them down.

Our defense has been a joke over the last 5 years, but they have been working hard to become slightly below average this season. It appears that we have moved up to a C- defense. We have a stud linebacker in Greg Jones, a stud safety in Otis Wiley, and a couple decent D-linemen.
The majority of our defenders are serviceable, at best. I think we will do a good job against the Owl running game, but I have a feeling you'll have little problem throwing the ball around.
