I was told that it sold the most team apparel than any other lids in the country…… ???
It didn't go under. My roommate is the manager over there. They are closed temporarily while they move into a new location, which is right next to it. The store that is currently Libby Lou's or however its spelled is closing and soon will be Lids
My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!

Why are they moving just one store over?

Lease was up on the current store and I guess Simon wanted another store in there. A store called the Art of Shaving is coming into their spot. I think the new store is a little bit bigger than the one they were in

Wish they could of put a sign up that said moving or relocating. Wife an I thought the same thing that it just went under.
I always buy my current FAU hat for the year there and was pretty bummed about it being closed.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.

Well I guess since Lids doesn't own that store anymore there's not much they can do. Simon (the company who owns the mall) should put up a sign that says. Lids will return on such and such a date. There are stores in Coral Square (Hat Shack, owned by Lids), Boynton Beach and Wellington. They all have FAU stuff as well. The one in Coral Square and Wellington have embroidery so you can be like the football players and get your number and nick name on the side of your hat like Chris Bonner it says C-Bone 7 on his

Cool,
I dont get the new lid untill right before season starts so Ive got some time. Libby Lous is already selling out thier stock so I assume the new lids will be open by then.
Thanks for info, glad its going to be open.

No problem. I'm sure it'll take them a month or two after Libby Lou's closes to get the store set up the way they want it and to get all the hats out of storage and back on the shelves. I guess when your roommate and a few of your friends all work for Lids you know the "inside scoop" sorta speak lol
