Teammate Stephanie Goodman was sixth in the one-meter event. First year coach Michelle Sandelin was named the Sun Belt Conference Women’s Diving Coach of the Year.
Saturday’s competition was chalked full of great performances. HAHA I agree, especially since I was a butterflier (but I stopped at 100 yards or meters).
I was a pretty good distance swimmer in freestyle, but I never could master the fly. My coach put me into the 100yd fly one time at a District's meet and I barely made it. I still give him crap for that everytime I see him. I looked into joining the FAU team when I went there, but when I looked at the times for the last meet, I saw that I wasn't even close to qualifying. Oh well.

We were very good in the A-Sun a sa program…is the SBC that much of a jump transition wise??
I know the Swim and Dive coach farily well, (our kids do activities together) and he told me it would be a rough year this year.
Here's hoping it will be better next year!
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.
