Now we must look forward to a national search to find "the next Frank Brogan." I hope there's another one of him out there.

Male? Female?
What background? Science, Engineering, Education, something else?
This might sound a bit biased but I am afraid a women would slow down the stadium project and other athletic endeavors. Maybe, maybe not depending on the person.

Does anyone have any idea who they might like to see as the new President?

The President of a Research Division from a major university would understand both the challenges of increasing faculty and research output as well as creating and maintaining a traditional college environment. If I remember correctly, former President Catanese was the Dean of Architecture from UF before coming to FAU. Somebody like that would be great as well.
I just don't want to see Dr. Sally So-and-so from the Social Justice Department at the University of Southwestern Alabama-Chickenfort campus.
