"An engineering professor is filing a discrimination complaint against Florida Atlantic University, saying the school unfairly targeted women during recent layoffs.

Dolores DeGroff’s complaint has been filed with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, said her lawyer, Raquel Fas Bravo of Boca Raton. DeGroff must wait at least six months for the EEOC to respond before filing a lawsuit, Bravo said."
