“The practices got better as the day went on. Our last two recruiting classes are beginning to show promise," said head coach Howard Schnellenberger.
The 8 a.m. session featured individual work in full pads. There was a great cloud cover which made it slightly easier on the lineman who faced off against each other. The afternoon session focused on team drills.
The third and final session saw the Owls return to the field at 4:30 where they turned their attention to special teams as the team worked on punt blocking drills, followed by an extended offense versus defense scrimmage, which was capped off by focusing on goal line situations. Photos from the practice can be viewed Here.
FAU will have one practice on Thursday which is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
