Florida Atlantic University’s football team finished implementing its game plan for Saturday’s game with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Practice began with the offensive and defensive units working on goal line situations. The team then came together to work on its two-minute drill offense and defense. A Darian Thomas interception of a Jeff Van Camp pass ended that portion of practice.

Special teams capped off the practice as the Owls worked on punt return/block and punt coverage.

The Owls will depart on Friday for its game at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Jamari Grant will get the call at number two Tight End for FAU in place of Darian Williams.
