Wild sign 7 players

The Alaska Wild of the Indoor Football League have added seven players to their 2010 roster. They new players are: Andrew Carcich, a former junior college quarterback; Corey Small, a former Florida Atlantic University cornerback; Julian Riley, a former South Florida defensive lineman; Ahman Childress, a lineman who has played five seasons of indoor football; Jeremiah Turner, a defensive end last season for the Odessa Roughnecks of the IFL; Kendrick Perry, a former Southeastern Louisiana running back; and Damien Henderson, a former Northeastern Louisiana wide receiver.

From playing with palm trees to playing on tundra, talk about a change! I've never heard of the "IFL" before.  Hope he does well, he was one of the better DB's FAU has ever had.

Could be alot worse....Anchorage is way more temperate than Fairbanks, and the season runs from March to August so he might come home in the colder months.
