Manhattan College Coach Barry Rohrssen suspended guard Rico Pickett on Friday for what was deemed "a violation of team rules."

It is undetermined when he will return.

An absent Pickett would bode well for FAU on Monday night considering that the Jaspers look to rely heavily on upon him for offensive production this season.

Pickett played at the University of Alabama and Miami Dade Community College before transferring to Manhattan.

He has averaged 12.4 points and four rebounds in the Japser's first two games.
