Re: FAU Women’s Basketball Announces 2010 Signing Class

Takia Brooks getting a little flair on ESPN.com:

"Takia Brooks: Our Lady of Lourdes entered the Florida Class 6A semifinals with a 27-2 record, a mark that would have most teams as the prohibitive favorite. But not in a classification featuring three contenders with a combined record of 83-3, each sporting one blemish and big reputations. Brooks, a 5-foot-8 combo guard gave them all reason for concern. Possessing one of the craftiest stop-and-go moves this side of Chris Paul, she had defenders retreating all tournament long. She's headed to Florida Atlantic next season so I'd suggest the game planning start now, as she'll certainly have an impact on the Sun Belt conference."
