The second was a four-yard run by Morris, a nine yard rush followed. Morris added a yard to move the chains and then saw junior quarterback Jeff Van Camp tally a 10-yard run to the FIU 20. Morris fi nished the drive with a 20 yard run to the end zone to capture the rushing title with 158 yards in the fi nal game of 2009 and, all on the final run of the game.

Morris Earns SBC Player of the Week Honors

Bam Bam is hands down FAU's MVP this season.  Can you imagine where we would be without him?  He seems like one of these kids who is all business which is nice.  I love how he runs off the field after the game with his helmet on.  He isn't looking to see who is watching him.  I hope he is motivated to improve on his great season and crack the top 5 in FBS rushing yards next season.

I am worried like past FAU underclassmen who have had big years, he will peak as a sophomore ala Rusty, Gent, Polo (freshman).

A lot of that will depend on Van Camp so that they can't stack 8 or 9 in the box, if they try then Van Camp should be able to burn them deep a lot! But then that will also depend on a young, inexperienced line, another reason they will probably stack the box!
